Ok…

So we didn’t win the Eisner Award at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, but there’s always next year. If you have been checking out our website, reading the newsletters or have been in the shops you have heard us going on about the Eisners this year, held at San Diego Comic-Con. The 2011 Will Eisner “Spirit of Comics” Retailer Award was given to Comics & Vegetables in Tel Aviv, Israel. I saw the video they put out of their store and it is very interesting to see how a comic shop half a world away does things. They have a terrific looking place and they definitely deserve the award. It also makes me want to step our game up at the shops and do things even more…MaximuM. Below is the video we submitted and it paints a nice picture of our stores so we thought we’d put it in the tours section.
